What we collect

When you use the design request form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: typically your name, phone number, email address, the name to be memorialised, and the cemetery, along with anything you choose to tell us in the notes field.

Our website also collects standard analytics information through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to design your memorial and to talk with you about it. That includes contacting you by phone or email about your request, confirming requirements with the cemetery, and providing a price.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share only what is necessary with the parties involved in making your memorial, for example confirming placement details with the cemetery where the memorial will be set.

Our design request form is operated by our practice-management provider, and analytics are provided by Google. Both process information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records so that we can service the memorial afterwards. Families often come back years later to add a date or arrange a companion memorial.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (614) 414-3411 or email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

You can opt out of analytics by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or an ad blocker; the site works exactly the same either way.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
